The Academic Advisory Board (ABB) consists of eminent and influential persons from
the industry and academics who have given their acquiescence for the programs of
the institute.
The Board has a key role in encouraging best standards in Teaching, Assessment of
Learning and Course Development. The Board guides the team in matters relating to
academics and plays an active role in bringing about updations based on global developments
and changes.
The Board facilitates interaction among the four stakeholders namely Employers,
Practitioners, Academicians and Students. The Board enhances the intellectual capital
of the institute through guest lectures and seminars. The Board provides advisory
support as well as valuable opportunities for career development.
BIFM constantly strives to improve the quality of education. Dynamic changes taking
place in the business environment demand a close interaction between the industry
and academicians. The outcome of such interactions between practitioners, employers
from the industry, and the academicians have the desired effect on the curriculum
as well as the teaching pedagogy.
