BLB Institute of Financial Markets, the pioneer in financial services education
in India started its journey, towards being one of the best financial institutions
in India, with a successful campus recruitment season for Batch 2007-08. In the
first year, the institute was able to achieve what financial institutions only dream
of.
A 100% placement track record in the Banking and Financial services industry was
established with the best of companies, desired profiles and most importantly, with
deserving compensations and benefits. This clearly demonstrates the faith of the
financial world in our program despite economic slowdown globally.
The institute takes pride in its Centre for Corporate Relations (CCR) which assists
eligible students in securing internships/ final placements in companies of good
repute. The CCR keeps in touch with the relevant good corporate all over the country
with a view to know their manpower requirements and invites them to the campus or
else sends students to them.
The primary functions of CCR are:
- Helps students in writing their CV
- Guides students in approaching corporates
- Conducts research and collects data to know employer’s expectations from students
- Invites corporates for holding campus interviews
- Collects feedback from the employers
- Enables BIFM Alumni networking
- Organises mock interviews to prepare students for real-life interviews
Students must however note that the institute is temple of academic learning and
not a placement agency. The previous records of placements speak high of institute
success in assisting/ getting jobs to the students of first batch (2007-08).
